DESIGN SERVICE
Fee: from £250
Our design service is perfect for clients looking for a bespoke, meticulously thought-out design for a single room or space with prices starting from £250.

If you have a project which includes more than one room or space then there is an additional £175 fee per additional room up to a maximum seven rooms in total.
For larger projects where you require a more in depth specifications & designs for your interior design elements you may be interested in our Project Management Service.
After receipt of the design fee, we can then get you booked in for a design consultation where we will gather all the information we need to create your new kitchen, bathroom or interior space.

Following the consultation, we can begin the design process, which would typically be completed within one week for single-room designs (larger projects will take longer). We would then invite you back in to present to you the design, specification and, of course, the quotation.
Once you are happy with the design and quote, we require a 50% deposit with the balance due before the goods are delivered or collected.

During your installation, we will be on the end of the phone to give you all the help you and your fitter will need.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Brief. We will talk to you about your wants & needs for your room.

Budget. How much you have to spend is crucial so that we can specify the right products for you.

Measurements. These need to be fairly accurate measurements of your space including any windows & doors as well as ceiling height.

Photographs. Some pics of your current room would be useful.

Timescale. Make sure you give yourself plenty of time. Some products are available off the shelf and others can take can a little longer.

Bespoke Design. One of our expert designers will carefully consider your wants & needs to design a stunning living space, tailored for you.

Specification to Suit. We will try to specify the very best products to suit your taste and budget.

Quotation. We will provide you with a whole project quotation based on your consultation. As we will try to get the best possible deal for you, we cannot break quotations down line-by-line or give itemised prices.

3D Visuals. We will produce 3D visualisations including plans, perspectives and elevations which you can view during your consultation and take away once you place your order.

Working Drawings. Once you have placed your order, we go that extra mile to produce CAD working drawings including any first fix details so that your installation runs as smoothly as possible. If you or your fitter does have any questions your designer will be on hand to answer any questions.
FREE PLAN
Fee: Free
If you have already done your homework, our free plan option could be ideal for you to save time and get a quotation fast.

Simply send us (or bring in) your plans and tell us the products you'll like to use and get a quote for you in-store. Sometimes we may need a little time to tweak things a bit before we get back to you with a quote.
Once you are happy with the quotation we require a 50% deposit of the order with the balance due before the goods are delivered or collected.

FULL PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Fee: from £5,000
Our project management department, led by Lisa Melvin Design, has supplied design, planning, procurement and project management services for many happy clients.

For example, starting at a £5,000 fee, this would cover up to six rooms (eg. a kitchen, utility room and four bathrooms) and can include additional design services such as bespoke furniture design, flooring & door specifications, lighting proposals plus art & furniture schemes.
