PROJECT BRIEF
This project at Kew Gardens, Surrey included the mix of a new contemporary kitchen into an extension of a beautiful period property.
The existing property and extension featured lovely high ceilings which presented a fantastic space for the new kitchen installation into the side elevation extension of the property. There’s a lovely green bush partition just outside the window which helps to form a unique 'picture frame' behind the sink.
The clients had a couple of expensive items which they wanted to be incorporating into the kitchen space without affecting the aesthetics and practicality of the design.
A coffee station was ingeniously hidden into the side elevation of the bank of units while the clever food mixer was installed into a fully-integrated feature so that it was incorporated within the units so it could be tucked away seamlessly when not required.
The bespoke 'picture frame' window was made specifically to fit with the kitchen and allowed a beautiful mitred window sill detail in Silestone.
